The Unique Hut Experience at
Shepherds House

Traveling through the post-Soviet Union countries, particularly in Kyrgyzstan, you'll often encounter old wagons, relics of a bygone era. These wagons, once vital for transportation, have found a new lease on life as part of the local landscape. Shepherds frequently use them as seasonal homes at the foothills, providing shelter and comfort amidst the rugged beauty of Kyrgyzstan's mountains.

A Unique and Peaceful Retreat

At Shepherds House, we've embraced this tradition with a creative twist. We've taken an old wagon and transformed it into a comfortable, unique hut located in our garden. This recycling effort not only preserves a piece of history but also offers guests a serene and distinctive retreat. Nestled among apple trees in Aksuu village, just 8 kilometers from Karakol town, the hut provides a tranquil escape with stunning views of the surrounding hills and mountains.
